Infants grow and learn through play and exploring the world around them. We do provide weekly activity plans, tailored for each child, their age, their needs and their developmental abilities. Even though we follow your baby's needs in regards to feeding, diapering and napping we still provide a structured day.

Our teachers use a variety of learning methods such as playing with toys, singing, reading books, outside play, creative play (art activities) and teaching sign language. In our infant room, we implement the Creative Curriculum. Each week, your child will have a planned activity for each developmental domain: social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language.

When you enroll your child at Little Leaders Learning Academy, we know that this time in both your and your infant's life is about to change. We want to make that transition as smooth as possible. We partner with parents to make sure we are meeting your baby's needs while they are in our care. We use feeding schedules similar to the one schedule they are on at home. We also use an electronic application that easily lets parents and teachers communicate during the day. Teachers record what your child has done during their day, what they have eaten and even records nap times. Parents can easily access this information throughout the day. We even can send pictures and videos during the day too!
