MISSION

Little Leaders Learning Academy is an early childhood education program that offers high quality and developmentally appropriate childcare for families in the community. Little Leaders Learning Academy promotes recreational and leisure activities, literacy, success in learning, community involvement, multicultural appreciation and awareness that prepares our future leaders, decision makers and world changers.

PHILOSOPHY

As our Leader's brains continue to develop, our goal is to meet them where they are and assist them in that growth to meet their full potential. We have high expectations for every child, although these expectations are based on each individual child. We focus on and cater to each child’s emotional, social, physical and cognitive development. Our main goal is to get children kindergarten ready and beyond. In catering to each child's social and emotional growth, children will:

• develop their self-worth

• learn to communicate their feelings and emotions

• learn to be kind to one another  

• respect each other and their differences.

Children will begin to:

• value learning

• be encouraged to be creative 

• use their imagination

• problem solve 

• be independent thinkers 

Opportunities for growth in gross and fine motor skills will be provided inside and outside the classroom for children. We will provide a safe place for children to learn and grow and assist with the separation process. Parents are encouraged to be a part of their child's learning and growth through constant communication, opportunities to visit the classroom, provided resources and workshops. We will work together with all families to provide the best care for each child.
